The City Inspector is a corrupt Jump City official that has appeared in one episode so far, "Tower Renovation" from Season 5.
Characteristics[]
The Inspector is a middle-aged man with a half-bald head with pointy-tipped hair on both sides of his head, has a thick mustache and thick, bushy eyebrows. He wear a white shirt with a necktie and a pair of trousers.
He might be short in stature, but he does have a muscular build, especially for his tattooed arms.
Personality[]
This Inspector is a particularly morally corrupted man, since he is cruel enough to reject the Titans' blueprint for repairing their destroyed tower, and is easily succumbed to bribery.
History[]
This inspector first appeared when the Titans arrived at the City Hall in hopes of having the blueprint of their tower renovation plan approved. But instead, he stamped his disapproval onto the papers, much to the disappointment of the Titans.
Later, he appears when the Titans attempt to rebuild their tower without the approved permits. He defeats them with red tape until Robin counters with a bribery that changes his mind and approves their rebuilding.
