This Evil Mastermind, credited as Villain with a cat, is a minor villainess who has only appeared in "I Used to Be a Peoples" so far.
Physical Appearance[]
She a woman who has pale skin, purple eyes and purple hair that comes in two strands. She wears white shirt and pants matched with black gloves.
History[]
This unidentified villain debuted while she was explaining her evil plans of the death ray, but Starfire wanted to play with her cat and didn't care about the laser so they danced together, until Starfire planted bombs around her hideout to defeat her before she could escape.
