History[]
Foot Doctor is a renowned doctor from Silverlake for having powers that can heal a patient's feet. He also seems to be the one who set up the Hafo Safo sign.
Prior to "Hafo Safo", Foot Doctor was kidnapped by the Frog King, and was forced to set up a sign for the frog. The Titans, Hafo and Safo then embarked on a journey to rescue him from the hands of the evil Frog King. They later found him being tied to the pole of a sign which he was forced to build for the Frog King, but after Robin freed him with a Birdarang, he bent the sign and crushed Frog King, Mefo and Fefo. He later returned to his clinic and placed Hafo and Safo back to their right place. He could only shrug after Robin got run over by a moped.
