- --Gumdrop Goblin
The Gumdrop Goblin is a fictional character in the show Pretty Pretty Pegasus. He makes his first appearance in the episode "Friendship". He is voiced by Greg Cipes.
Bio[]
In "Friendship", Sparkleface and Butterbean (two leading characters of the show) complained that the music coming from the Unicorn Brothers was too loud, so the Titans go off to beat some sense into them (they were transported into the show by the villain, Control Freak). Upon arrival, the Unicorns protest that they can't stop playing. The Titans proceed to beat them up. One of their horns is destroyed in the beat down, so their harmony is destroyed...
This awakens the Gumdrop Goblin, a huge monster who presides in a cave. The Unicorns' music was the only thing that kept him asleep. Now, because of its absence, he starts to ravage the land, destroying candy-themed buildings and candy plants.
Butterbean and Sparkleface want to inflict violence on Gumdrop Goblin, but Raven is disgusted. The other Titans have influenced them in their ways of violence. Raven convinces them to do what the old Sparkleface and Butterbean would do... The two pegasi use the power of friendship to encourage the Unicorns to keep playing. Although one of the Unicorn's horn is broken, they still produce that catchy beat.
The music is enough to calm the Gumdrop Goblin, but he continues to smash the candy, only in slow mode now. Raven goes in to finish the job and gives him a huge, magical rainbow hug, saying she loves and values him. Gumdrop Goblin is comforted and recedes back into the cave.
He later makes another appearance in "What's Opera Titans", being the villain in Raven's dream who uses an evil version of Christopher the Rain Cloud to attack Raven and the Pegasuses. Nonetheless, he is unprepared by Raven and the Pegasuses' power-up, and ends up being decapitated and has his head turned into a teapot.
Physical Appearance[]
The Gumdrop Goblin is a huge, monstrous creature. He is slightly overweight, and his skin is green-blue. His arms are very ripped, and his nose is a slightly darker blue. Gumdrop Goblin also has a small pink horn on his head and a giant tooth, and he is dressed in pink overalls with a skull-button. He is rather stylish.
