The Large Octopus is a minor character that made a debut in the episode "Booty Scooty".
History[]
Before the Titans could get their hands on the lost pirate treasure, a large, purple mound rose out of the bay's water, revealing itself to be a monstrously large octopus. Robin was prepared to fight the ferocious sea animal, but Raven pointed out they could just walk around him (classic Teen Titans GO!..). The large octopus, disappointed that a nice battle had just been passed up, is comforted by a kiss from Starfire.
Later on, after the Pirate Ghost had prevented the Titans from taking his booty, he triggers a complicated Rube Goldberg type machine involving the gigantic octopus. The machine involves catapulting a skull toward the octopus thereby angering him enough to throw the skull at a target. Hitting the bull's eye would've flung the Titans out of the cove, but the large octopus missed by about a foot.
Characteristics[]
The large octopus has eight tentacles and a bulbous head. This particular octopus is larger than a two-story house and weighs several tons. His skin is purple, with darker blotches on his cranium and the tips of his tentacles. The suction cups underneath his long tentacles are pink, and he bares his sharp teeth.
