The Mutant Rat is a minor character who became friends with Raven. He is voiced by Scott Menville.
Bio
The Mutant Rat lives in Jump City's sewer. He (along with the Mutant Alligator) became friends and teamed up with Raven to fight crime.
Physical Appearance
Big muscular rat with a skull tattoo on his right shoulder. He wears a red west jeans and boots.He also wears a yellow hard hat with a flashlight on top to help him see in those sewers. Doesn't talk much.

Trivia
- He is probably based of the fact that rats live in the sewers.
- Mutant Rat seems to be based on Dirt-bag[1], a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' character , as both are mutant rats with tattoos on their right shoulders, hard hats with flashlights on top, male tank tops, jeans pants and boots.
