Negative Girl is a member of The Doom Patrol team and Beast Boy's adoptive sister.
Physical Appearance[]
She normally stays in a body with a plastered head that only shows two yellow eyes as a mummy from the ancient Egyptians. She wears a pink and white suit with a purple belt that has a golden round buckle, purple gloves, and boots.
When she phases out, she has a black legless spirit-like body with thin arms. Her eyes also become magenta.
Her past self was a short girl with brown hair tied into a ponytail with a yellow ribbon, sporting a red T-shirt with a yellow circle and green line logo, and purple shoes and trousers. She also had brown eyes, and freckles on both of her cheeks.
Personality[]
She is generally outgoing and amiable, but she apparently is fond of death and some sort of negativity, such as having a squirrel skeleton as a pet.
Aside from her weird quirks on death, she is not the best at remaining calm during a crisis and can crack under pressure by literally blowing up.
History[]
Negative Girl was first seen with Robot Man in "That's What's Up!", stealing Chief's meals. She then destroyed Chief's wheelchair's extra components to prevent Chief from retaliating, and encouraged Robot Man and Chief to fight with each other. She and the rest of the Doom Patrol got arrested because of the Brain abusing his power, until they broke free from detainment and defeated the Brain and his mutated Clam Monster.
In "Crab Shenanigans", Negative Girl and her adoptive brothers met the Punk Crabs, who deceived them into bullying other residents, and eventually inviting them to their house. Throughout the whole time, Negative Girl kept pretending to be sick, until Robot Man told Chief and Elasti-Girl the truth. She got her body back in the end of the episode, but ended up exploding after having enough of holding her bladder and being pecked by seagulls.
In "Brain Flip", Negative Girl and the rest of the Doom Patrol were unwilling to let Beast Boy return to Jump City. After trying multiple tricks to stop him from leaving, she and the Doom Patrol put Beast Boy in a simulation. After admitting that she and the rest of the Doom Patrol love Beast Boy and saving him from the haywire simulation, they all trap Beast Boy to make him overstay anyway.
In "A Doom Patrol Thanksgiving", Negative Girl and her brothers made a float for Elasti-Girl so her dream of being at a thanksgiving parade could come true. Although the float was damaged during the battle with the Brain, she and the rest of the Doom Patrol let Elasti-Girl became the float, fulfilling Elasti-Girl's wish.
The same episode also revealed that she used to be a normal girl who struggled to win against a game and thus unable to get tickets for the teddy she wanted, until Chief zapped her with a beam, giving her the ability to phase out by fueling her negativity. With her newly gained powers, Negative Girl broke the arcade machine and robbed all of the tickets, thus obtaining the teddy she wanted and cherishes.
