Trivia

  • This season is the first to have a two-parter episode as the season premiere.
  • This is the second season to air before its preceding season (Season 6) concluded, after the aforementioned season.
  • This is the first season where Gizmo and Jinx don’t have any speaking appearances.
  • This is the first season where Trigon and Brother Blood don’t appear. The latter was only mentioned in the episode “Free Perk”.
  • This is the first season since Season 4 to conclude before the following season premiered.
  • Due to the fact that this season ended on September 16, 2022 and Season 8 didn't premiere until October 7, 2022, this makes it the longest gap between seasons (3 weeks). Before that the longest gap was only one (1) week; For inbetween Seasons 1 and 2 and for inbetween Seasons 3 and 4.
  • It's worth noting that this season only had two separate two-parters and one four-parter throughout its entire 52-episode season.
