Sgt. Mike Cosgrove is a police officer who distracts Freakazoid from his missions by inviting him to hang out with him someplace only for him to tell him about the crime going on later on, which he was already on his way to stop in the first place. He appeared in "Huggbees". He is voiced by the late Ed Asner.
Biography[]
In "Huggbees", Sgt. Cosgrove invited Freakazoid to come on down to Yum Yum Kitty Diner in the middle of Freakazoid's mission to press a button to stop the Teen Titans from falling into a vat of lava, where they'd be eaten by lava crocodiles. Sgt. Cosgrove told Freakazoid the differences between many different kinds of donuts and told him the story about some woman named Gladys he met once, who had an eyepatch.
