Stone is a villainous alter-ego of Cyborg. He uses this fake identity to be enrolled in the H.I.V.E so he can destroy their base. So far, he's been in only one episode, "In and Out".

History

Teen Titans

In the original series, Cyborg first took on the role of Stone by building special rings for a disguise to infiltrate the H.I.V.E. Five's Headquarters. Cyborg enjoyed being Stone because it made him look human, something he had always been dreaming about. However, he learned to accept his cybernetic self at the end of the original series' episode.

Season 1

When Robin learned of the H.I.V.E.'s plot to turn their base into a destructive space station, he went to their base to try and foil their plot. Cyborg soon learns of the phenomenal luxuries over their, so he disguises himself as Stone to gain entrance into the criminal group.

The next day, Stone traveled to the H.I.V.E Tower and demanded admittance to the team; Gizmo happily grants him a membership, but Stone is determined to prove himself tough enough... he viciously beats up the already injured Mammoth (battle damaged by Robin, aka Red X) until Gizmo orders him to stop. Red X recognizes Stone, and he begins to scold him for tagging along on the mission. Stone just said he wanted in on all the good stuff the enemy base had to offer, and after a fun game of air hockey, Stone and Red X reset the timer on the bomb to give them some more time.

After a quick trip back to the Titans Tower the other Titans decided to get in on all the fun. Soon, Stone and all of them dressed as villains abuse the fancy stuff (like the soda machine), and they choose to out the timer for the bomb on hold for 47 years.

The H.I.V.E. sees where this is going, and they ask Stone and the others to leave. Cyborg and the Titans reveal themselves finally, and a battle quickly ensues between the arch enemies. However, the bomb goes off in the middle of the fight, and afterwards, Cyborg and the others have to go back to their own base, accompanied by the H.I.V.E.

Characteristics

Usually covered in metallic plates and robotic limbs, a pair of silver rings with turquoise gemstones give Cyborg the more human-like appearance of Stone. His cyborg parts are removed through holographics to reveal his muscular-yet-still-gray chest, and his wrists are covered in steel cuffs. Stone wears a pair of black pants held up by a metal belt with small, round projections coming out of it. His boots are blue-gray, with black soles. Stone's whole face can now be seen, unlike when he half of it was shielded with robot parts. He wears a silver headband that goes right above his all white eyes. Apparently, touching his rings together also gives him super strength, exemplified by his bulging muscles.

• Cyborg uses the identity "Stone" to infiltrate the Hive Academy in the original Teen Titans episode, "Deception."
• It is possible that Cyborg created his alter-ego name from his real last name (Stone).
