Treadmill Spirit is a minor character appearing in the episode, "Lazy Sunday". He occupies the Titans' new treadmill. He is voiced by Scott Menville.
Bio[]
After The Couch was replaced with a treadmill (because Cyborg and Beast Boy were abusing its comfortable goodness), the Treadmill Spirit came into the two friends' lives and convinced them to live a life of motion and energy. But later, his persuasion faltered, and Cyborg and Beast Boy lost interest in exercising when he pushed them way over the limit.
Later, the Titans retrieved the couch but decided to still keep the treadmill. Robin liked the idea because he thought he had more time to work out, but Treadmill Spirit probably gave him second thoughts via a cruel workout.
Physical Appearance[]
Treadmill Spirit is a muscular-looking ghost/spirit with an enormous jaw and a purple nose. He wears purple workout headbands and wristbands.
Episode Appearances[]
Season 1[]
- Lazy Sunday (debut & only appearance)
Morning Workout Plan[]
It starts off by waking up at 3:00 a.m. and warms up with a 16 mile sprint. Then Treadmill Spirit goes on the Elliptical for one whole hour without rest, which is actually bad for your muscles. Then for 2 hours, he works on his biceps and tricep areas, then from 7 to 8 a.m., he works on his shoulders and chest, where he lifts weights with his pecs. Then for 15 minutes, he has a green smoothie for breakfast. Later around at 5:00 p.m, he does pilates. He probably workouts between the time he has breakfast and does pilates.
